The candidates for the ConnAPA’s 2024 election cycle have declared themselves, and the Nomination & Election Committee has met to decide upon the candidates for endorsement.
Considerations of the Committee may include:
a) Previous ConnAPA engagement
b) Experience or involvement with other organizations, as well as professional experience and leadership roles
c) Ensuring diversity amongst the future BOD
d) Ability of the candidate to meet all stated obligations of the office
e) Current practice and educational affiliations
f) Candidates’ knowledge of current professional topics of interest
g) Other skills that may be of value to the BOD and the organization (examples might include use of social media, website design, computer application abilities, event planning, etc.)
Elections open May 1st and close May 15th. All eligible ConnAPA members will receive an email upon the opening of elections with a link to Election Runner, the electronic voting platform used by ConnAPA.
