Candidates who have opted to be considered for endorsement may be interviewed by the Committee as per the discretion of the committee. Considerations of the Committee may include:
1. Previous ConnAPA engagement
2. Experience or involvement with other organizations, as well as professional experience and leadership roles
3. Ensuring diversity amongst the future BOD
4. Ability of the candidate to meet all stated obligations of the office
5. Current practice and educational affiliations
6. Candidates’ knowledge of current professional topics of interest
7. Other skills that may be of value to the BOD and the organization (examples might include use of social media, website design, computer application abilities, event planning, etc.)
